Bath-born racer Josh Cook began his career in karting, but soon found his way into production cars in the form of a Citroen Saxo in the SAXMAX series. His graduation from there took him into the BTCC under-card series, the Renault Clio Cup UK Championship. After three seasons, his final seeing him finish as runner-up, he took the natural progression into the BTCC.
His debut BTCC season in 2015 was a success as he claimed the prestigious Jack Sears Trophy and earned much praise along the way.
Josh joined the MG RCiB racing team in 2016 and after a series of solid performances he re-joins for the 2017 season from Croft circuit onwards. He will be eager to continue his success in the MG6 and reach the top step in 2017.
